From a Recent Podcast: How Embodying Feminine Energy Changes Everything
What embodiment has to do with the love and ease you want
Feminine energy is not about high heels and lipstick. But what is it?
When you are in your feminine energy, love and connection comes naturally. When you’re not, that sweet, delicious feeling often seems out of reach.
This first podcast conversation with Claire Khodara explores why that happens — and how to return to yourself in a very real, practical way.
The fastest way back to your feminine essence isn’t about increasing intellectual understanding or fixing something (there isn’t anything broken in you), and it doesn’t come from analyzing things either.
One way that can take you right into your feminine energy is when you feel our feelings. Not analyze or compartmentalize, or label, or suppress, or dissect them. But actually feel them.
When you stop managing your emotions and allow your raw feelings to move, they dissolve quickly. Fully felt emotions have a shelf life of 60 - 90 seconds. If you ever felt an emotion last longer than that, it was because you kept entertaining thoughts about them – you were analyzing, categorizing, judging or compartmentalizing them.
Emotions are energy in motion. And when we let them be (at the right time in the right place), they just do their job (they always have a gift they leave behind, once fully felt) and dissolve. Feeling them can be quite an enriching, and deepening experience.
Putting emotions through the masculine parkour of thinking about them can keep them alive for years — even decades — and quietly create havoc in our lives.
Letting emotions move is natural. It’s turning them into a mental project that makes them last.
In this episode, we talk about how living in hustle mode slowly pulls you away from your intuition and your natural magnetism. And how subsequently, the love you long for, the deep connection, and even abundance become harder to receive.
We speak about softness, presence, boundaries and what we really want.
If you want deeper connection and a different experience of love, this conversation might just hit the spot.
